Masterson’s Pub , positioned in the vibrant core of Moonee Ponds, brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my most recent experience at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its threshold was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.

From the moment I walked in , it was apparent that hygiene was not a priority at this venue. The surfaces were tacky , and a pungent odor of stale beer and neglected washrooms polluted the entire establishment . Smelling a mixture of excrement , old age and illness . The bar area , which should be the focal point of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and trash that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The toilet was in even more deplorable shape — backed up, with a shattered handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was fecal matter .

During my time there, I noticed how uneasy several female guests seemed around Cornwell. As I dug deeper , I was appalled to find reports another post against him involving inappropriate advances, with multiple women reporting interactions of distributing inappropriate messages .
